Instructions
All sessions last 60 minutes unless otherwise stated. Should the session conclude before the 60-minute mark, the full rate still applies and no discount will be given. Extensions beyond the time limit are charged at $4 SGD per minute.
Only one person per session – no sharing allowed.
Readings are conducted via WhatsApp voice call. I will call you at the appointed time. To ensure you can hear your reading, please be in a quiet place when I call via Whatsapp.

In accordance with our policy, kindly take note that in-person sessions are strictly limited to the following: urgent healings, exorcisms for the demon-possessed, and the cleansing of haunted houses. These are eligible for a visit from Kelly, which incurs a $50 travel allowance.
Kelly currently does not offer a space for clients to visit her for sessions.
No bookings are accepted with less than two calendar days’ notice. However, an allowance can be made for emergencies, subject to availability. A surcharge will be levied: same-day and next-day bookings incur a 100% surcharge. The same surcharge will be incurred for bookings outside of available time slots.
Please do not contact Kelly and request readings outside of the timings offered in the booking form. Your respect of her privacy is appreciated. Thank you.
Dear international clients: all time slots on this booking form are in Singapore Standard Time (GMT/UTC + 8). Singapore does not observe Daylight Savings.
I reserve the right to refuse service when it is deemed necessary and appropriate.
Take note, all: a non-negotiable, non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 SGD applies for cancellation or rescheduling of paid bookings.

Please note that if you have made a booking but not received a confirmation email, email us immediately at [email protected]. Don’t make another booking yet – let us check first if your booking did go through.
Otherwise the Stripe commission will be forfeited when we refund your extra booking. This is in accordance with Stripe commissions policy. We regret that we have no way of retrieving the commission from Stripe once it is deducted for every successful booking.
