Great suffering arises from attachment to ego outcomes. The greater the attachment, the greater the suffering.
Comparison is the thief of joy – this saying is true. Release your need for validation and feel, in your heart, in your Spirit, how much lighter and freer you become.
Then grow, grow, grow! Keep your eyes on Heaven, and your aim will always be sure.
Let your comparison be only between yourself in the past, in the present, and in the future. Do not look to the left or to the right; do not compare yourself with others.
Do not let your hearts be troubled or afraid.
Comparison with others is foolish: it forms the breeding ground for hatred, envy, jealousy, strife, and suspicion. It opens the door to pride and all forms of darkness.
Comparisons never end.
But cease to compare yourself with the rest of the world, and focus on this instead: cultivating the fruit of Spirit within your immortal Souls.
The fruit of Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. Against such things there is no comparison.
Above all else, remember you are loved. You are loved in Heaven, on the earth, and below the earth. You are loved, right here and right now, in this space and time, in lifetimes past and lifetimes to come. You are loved for who you are, for who you are not, because of yourself, in spite of yourself. You are perfect in all your imperfections, flawless despite your flaws.
You are loved – beyond compare, beyond all comparison.
May the love of the Divine Source, the kindness of the Universe and the Highest Light of Spirit guide your path to a greater understanding of just how loved you are.
