When this lot is drawn, a situation may develop and appear perilous, but those who trust in the Divine will not be harmed. You will escape unscathed, and you are advised to press on. Do not trouble yourself about what you cannot control, or worry about the ill intentions of those who wish you harm. Focus on what you intend to achieve, and you will receive the support of benefactors.
The Goddess Guan Yin is closely associated with the lotus. Many traditional and modern depictions of Guan Yin include her sitting on a lotus flower. Even today, lotus blossoms are offered when Guan Yin devotees offer Her prayers.
The mention of the lotus is a significant clue – it indicates that only the one who enjoys a genuine relationship with Her will be saved from surrounding dangers. In other words, this safety is not guaranteed to people who don’t have a soul connection with the Divine.
How do you know if you have a genuine connection with a Divinity? The same way we see a connection when we say things like Wow, Emma has her father’s sense of humour, or You look so much like your mother when she was your age!
In other words, like attracts like. and like breeds like.
If you truly have a connection with the Divine, then Divine qualities will manifest in you through your thoughts, words, and actions.
You don’t have to be perfect. But when you have a true connection with Heaven, the Divine spark will be seen in you.
