This astrological transit favours surprises, mostly positive ones: new friends and lovers could enter your life, or perhaps a sudden windfall could come your way. The thing about Uranus is that we benefit from its energies when we stay optimistic, open-minded, and flexible.
This week’s reading has four cards… again. Looks like the Universe has a lot to say to us. Let’s get to it. I’ll be reading from left to right – here we go!
TAROT
CARD 1: QUEEN OF CUPS. This is a soft, intuitive, inward-looking, spiritual sort of energy. Someone kind and helpful could play a role in this week’s events. The Queen of Cups also advises us to look within and reflect if we need answers to the situations we’re facing today. Some of you could benefit from a timeout and some good old self-care. Journalling, meditation, engaging in art and music, and/or spending some time near water would be great. You’re going to need that some out for the inner you because of the second card.
CARD 2: THE EMPEROR. When the Emperor appears, a situation could be calling on you to be strong and authoritative. There’s also the possibility that someone who’s strong and forthright could be playing a role in your life this week – and you need to be strong yourself with this person around, or risk getting steamrolled over. Bring out the leadership qualities within your soul, and arise as the captain of your own ship. Try not to rush into decisions without prior thought – the Emperor is seated, and this usually advises a cautious and conservative approach.
CARD 3: THE WORLD REVERSED. Keep your expectations fluid and flexible this week, or risk being disappointed. When the World appears upside down, the outcomes of a certain venture or project may not meet initial expectations. However, it’s not necessarily a lost cause. Some effort may be needed to smoothen out the rough edges. But the potential for a positive outcome is still here for you, if you are patient.
CARD 4: ACE OF WANDS REVERSED. And it’s not just the outcomes that might surprise you – with the Ace of Wands in reverse, what seemed to be a good opportunity could reveal some unexpected details upon closer inspection. Again, don’t rush into something new just because it’s there. Take your time to feel out the opportunities presenting themselves to you, and decide if you can work with them. Don’t get desperate and cling – there’s always going to be another opportunity if you’re willing to look.
This card is especially resonant with those of you who might be looking for a new job at the moment. Do your research, and don’t rush.
