A confirmation email with your appointment information has been sent to you, please keep a look out.
Please note that if you have made a booking but not received a confirmation email, email us immediately at [email protected]. Don’t make another booking yet – let us check first if your booking did go through. Please kindly check your spam folder first, sometimes the email server will assign any unfamiliar mails to the spam folder automatically.
Otherwise the Stripe commission will be forfeited when we refund your extra booking. This is in accordance with Stripe commissions policy. We regret that we have no way of retrieving the commission from Stripe once it is deducted for every successful booking.
